Every laptop is functionally checked and cosmetically graded before it goes on sale.
What we test
- Power on, display, keyboard and trackpad
- Storage health, RAM recognition and ports
- Wi-Fi, audio and webcam where applicable
- Battery health reading recorded at listing time
Condition grading
Cosmetic grade and known defects are disclosed on each product page so you can buy with clear expectations.
Self-collection inspection
Self-collection is by appointment during operating hours. Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.
